OMMS will conduct a thorough pre-employment background investigation for high-level management positions.  These investigations will consist of on-site visits and interviews of the applicant’s family, previous co-workers, and friends, in addition to a criminal and media search.  All information is compiled in a report at the conclusion of the investigation.
